The State Foundation for the on-the-job training (Fundae) has organized the Meeting today hispano-alemán “ social dialogue and future of work ”, designed to further enhance the dialogue of the two countries in terms of employment.

On this occasion, have met representatives of employers and trade unions in a space that promotes the exchange and reflection in such areas as prevention of social risks, conciliation, or the formation of the templates.

The director-general of the public employment service Estatal (SEPE), Gerardo Gutiérrez Ardoy, has opened this forum where, together with the ambassador of the Federal republic of Germany, Maria Margarete Gosse.

The future of work to the challenges of a changing environment

The assistant director-general of active employment policies of the SEPE, Carmen Menéndez González-palenzuela, has acted as moderator of the symposium by the social partners and have discussed the challenges facing the labour market as an engine of recovery.

The main objective of the meeting is to continue to contribute to the links and cooperation between spain and germany.
