Publicación del Real Decreto 438/2024, de 30 de abril
El pasado 01 de mayo de 2024 se publicó en el BOE el Real Decreto 438/2024, de 30 de abril, por el que se desarrollan la Cartera Común de Servicios del Sistema Nacional de Empleo (SNE) y los servicios garantizados establecidos en la Ley 3/2023, de 28 de febrero, de Empleo.

El Gobierno mejora la protección asistencial del desempleo.
El Consejo de Ministros aprobó el pasado 21 de mayo, a propuesta del Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía Social, el Real Decreto-ley 2/2024 para la simplificación y mejora del nivel asistencial de la protección por desempleo en cumplimiento del compromiso del Componente 23 del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia.
Con carácter general, la norma entrará en vigor en noviembre de 2024.
